The Group’s journey began in 1988, when our founder laid the foundation by establishing a manufacturing facility for ophthalmic lenses in Amritsar, being the first in Punjab to make a Lens from scratch. What started as a focused manufacturing venture gradually evolved into a robust distribution-led organisation, driven by operational discipline, market understanding, and long-term partnerships.
Over the years, Aaditya Groups has successfully built and managed large-scale distribution networks for global brands, particularly in North India. Our strength lies in understanding regional market dynamics, creating scalable go-to-market strategies, and executing consistently on the ground.

Our Journey
1982
Late Shri Rameshwar Das Singla -
Founding father and the man who built the first lens in Punjab, from his home in Amritsar. The journey of Aaditya Groups began with a clear entrepreneurial vision—to build an enterprise rooted in precision, trust, and long-term value creation. In 1982, the Groups established its first venture, Biocare Meditekh Private Limited, in Amritsar, focusing on the manufacturing and trading of intraocular eye lenses and surgical implants.
1996
Expansion into Distribution
Transitioned into multi-brand distribution, partnering with global healthcare leaders such has Johnson & Johnson, Abott, Bayer, etc. and expanding operations across India catering to eye surgeons and eye hospitals across Punjab, J&K, Srinagar, Haryana, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Bihar, Delhi, Srinagar, Chandigarh, Chhattisgarh, U.P., Delhi, Rajasthan.
2018
Entry into Consumer Technology
Recognizing the next wave of opportunity, the Group launched WWES IT Solutions Private Limited with the leadership of Er. Bikram Singla, and entered premium electronics distribution for Apple Inc. Ltd in North Punjab, building a strong regional network, focused on helping technology reach every household.

A Pharma graduate and visionary entrepreneur, Late Shri R.D. Singla founded the company in 1972 with a clear vision to bring excellence and integrity to the healthcare industry. His strong technical knowledge, coupled with an unwavering commitment to quality, laid the foundation for what has become one of the region’s most trusted business groups. His principles, work ethic, vision and values still continue to inspire and guide the company’s growth and culture.
